Support from inside the app
If your question is about a specific diagram or a generated sketch, the quickest route is the Support button in the editor toolbar. It sends your message to us and can optionally include a snapshot of your current diagram, so we have the context needed to help. You'll find it once you sign in and open the editor.
Commercial use
The Free plan is intended for personal use. A Pro plan includes a commercial-use license and higher or unlimited limits. For commercial licensing questions, email us at admin@g9six.com and we'll help you find the right fit.
